Director General of Taxation Hadi Purnomo Reluctant Case Comment

Director General of Taxation Fuad Rahmany declined to comment on the alleged corruption case involving Hadi Purnomo , the former Chairman of the Audit Board who previously served as director general taxes .

" I can not speak first, then only I love comments , " he said in Jakarta , Tuesday ( 22/04/2014 ) .

Fuad has not been able to provide further information related to cases of alleged abuse of power that occurred more than ten years ago , because he had served as director general of taxes since 2011.

He handed the case to the overall investigation of the Corruption Eradication Commission ( KPK ) , the Directorate General of Taxation as an institution has not received the entire details and explanation of the case of the Commission .

" Commission has held all the data investigation , and the Commission has long done , even before I went in the director general taxes . So KPK knows better than me , " said Fuad , who previously served as Head of Bapepam LK .

Previously, the Commission establishes a former chairman of the Supreme Audit Agency ( BPK ) HP as suspects in the alleged corruption in the taxpayer received all the objections against the tax assessment Nil ( SKPN ) PT Bank BCA 1999-2003 tax year .
